FSX Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 21, 2026
Welcome to FSX ("we," "our," or "the Service"). By accessing our website, searching tickers, or downloading our financial statement Excel workbooks, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
1. Public Beta Phase & Service Availability
FSX is currently live in a Public Beta phase to assess market utility and demand. During this evaluation period, all standard 5-year annual and 8-quarter financial statement Excel exports are provided entirely free of charge. As a beta platform, features, servers, and data pipelines are continuously being optimized. The Service is provided strictly on a temporary, "as-is" basis, and we reserve the right to modify or suspend free access tiers at any time without prior notice or liability.
2. Permitted Use & Automated Scraping Restrictions
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform to research and download public financial statement data for personal, educational, or internal business analysis.
You explicitly agree not to use any automated bots, spiders, scrapers, scripts, or mass-extraction tools to scrape data from the FSX website, database, or servers. Any activity that threatens our server stability, bypasses user interface limitations, or violates fair use will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban.
3. Intellectual Property
All design elements, frontend user interfaces, website layout, code, custom geometric wordmarks, and the unique structural layout/design of the generated Excel files are the exclusive property of FSX and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may utilize individual data spreadsheets for your own modeling workflows, but you may not resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute our structural templates or platform interface as your own standalone product.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jacksonville, Florida.
